Hi,
I would like to request for a copy of information on the following subdivision plans: PCS-06-003287,   PSD-06-040238 situated in Barangay Culasi, Roxas City, Capiz. I will be needing these documents to see if we can reclassify our residential property into commercial.

As checked that the concerned plan numbers were approved by DENR, kindly request it from the Regional Office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
