Hi, I would like to inquire the authenticity of the Tax Declaration of the land with document No.13-0017-00219 lot no. 7493 Located at Fabrica, LOBO, BATANGAS. Owner: FELIPE ABANADOR. I'm a potential buyer of a subdivided portion of the land and I want to check whether the tax declaration paper they have provided is indeed legal because the land itself doesn't have a clean title. I do appreciate your response.
