Good day!

May I inquire if I can request thru this platform a copy of the notarized document (mortgage agreement in particular) annotated in the title. I had inquired already with the RD of Quezon City about this and they no longer have records of it since it was lost in a fire.


You may probably get your concerns from the National Archives of the Philippines as it is the central repository of notarized documents. Thank you,
