Hi, can you please assist me in verifying if the certificate of title is clear or if there are any encumbrances or annotations attached to it? Certificate no. 057-2011002235.
I'm planning to buy the property and ensure that the seller is legit and that taxes are paid and updated. Many thanks.

Response to Request

If you want to verify and/or secure a copy of the concerned title, it can be requested online through our eSerbisyo portal at www.eserbisyo@lra.gov.ph, you can also request at the nearest Registry of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at window 3 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop-Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property
4. Photocopy of Title or Tax Declaration

Please note that our office can only trace and verify by title number, not by lot, name, or tax declaration number.

Regarding Tax Declaration, kindly coordinate with the Assessor's Office in the municipality where the property is located.

Your right to request a review
