Hello. I  am an heir to mother land title TCT 22566 under my grandmother's name, Mrs. Isabel M. Arcala. My brother in law is claiming a deed of sale of the said lot , he claims that he already purchased  the whole lot which i am contesting. May we know if as of to date, the said land title is still under the name of our grandmother Mrs. Isabel M. Arcala . Thank you.
