Good morning! I would like to request for the active contact number of the Registry of Deeds Quezon City to verify and inquire regarding the real estate mortgage (REM) transaction of our cooperative. 

There is an additional requirement which the agency required us that is to have the BIR stamp at the back of the REM but the BIR here at Cagayan said that they are not authorized to do such thing because they are not filing or receiving any REM document, it is only the BIR form 2000 (Documentary Stamp Tax) where they put the stamp.
