Hi!

I would like to request a copy of the subdivision plan PSD-12-015851 being a portion of Lot 1350-C (LRC) PSD-168952 situated in the Brgy. Hinaplanon, Iligan City.  

The developer made misrepresentations when they sold us a lot by showing us a defective lot plan.  This lot where we have built our family home in 2009 has been sold by the developer to another party in 2021. Last march 2022, we have requested from DHSUD region 10 a certified true copy of the subdvision plan the developer submitted, but have not received any copy until now.

I hope this request can be accommodated.

Your concern can be requested by walk-in or in person only at LRA One-Stop-Shop windows 7 and 8. In case you can't visit in person, kindly ask for someone to request it for you (SPA is not necessary).

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.
