In connection to the patent application of my brother, Pedrito L. Aquino to the DENR-CENRO over Lot 1167, Pls-3 located at Babag, Monkayo, Davao de Davao de Oro. May we please know as to whether or not an Order, re- Issuance of Decree was issued, since per record from the DENR, the mention Lot was adjudicated to a certain Segundo E.
