Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have purchased a land/lot from the developer Filinvest at Ashton Field Subdivision, Phase 3 Block7 Lot 20, Calamba Laguna.

It was fully paid since 23 July 2015 as per (certificate of full payment) issued by Filinvest but until now Filinvest did not handover the land title and keep on adjusting the date of award of the land Title Certificate.
