To Whom It May concern:


Our company acquired a properties and the titles was already transferred to to our company name, however, the company opted to  change its name. By changing our company name,  there will be a incongruence with the name present in our titles. 

Relative to this, I would like to ask  what are the requirements and procedures in annotating or amending the registered name  in the title?

I will highly appreciate your prompt response on this foregoing.
