Kindly please provide us copy of information about the Land for Jose L.Ignacio- Certificate of Land Transfer #CLT-0-013117(1980)LOT#4681-D-1pt with Area of 21,700sqm with Tax Dec#2015-150031-00193,Property Identification Number-029-15-0031-005-09,located in San Narciso,Victoria,Oriental Mindoro.
Please be informed that upon verification in Land Management Bureau System(LAMS) it appears that Jose Ignacio is the holder of Miscellaneous Sales Patent No.3019 issued on October 30,1967 by the virtue of Miscellaneous Sales Application No.V-17076 covering the parcel of land(lot and survey not indicated) situated in Victoria,Oriental Mindoro
However it is presumed that the folders containing the records thereof might be included in the fire that razed in Office last May 28, 2018
Please provide us a copy of any information to details mentioned above to solve our case .It is very important for us and very helpfull if we get the copy of very important documents
