I would like to request for the complete process of Land titling.

Hello.
I am from San Carlos City, Pangasinan, Region 1.
Please note that we already posses the tax declaration.
Technical description also exists but we cannot claim it due to unspecified reason by the geodetic engineer from the City office.

There are two ways of titling a property, it can be through the Court or the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). Kindly coordinate with the concerned offices for the complete requirements, fees, and process. Only Certification of Lot Status will be provided by the Land Registration Authority, one of the requirements in titling.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.
Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
