I would like to request for EPEB No. of if this Transfer Certificate Title No. N-68913. This land is owned by my uncle living abroad, and advised us to check the status of their property.

You asked for TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE.

Response to Request

May we confirm if you have a pending transaction at the Registry of Deeds? Please be advised that EPEB number can be found at the receipt of your transaction from the Registry of Deeds. 

However, if you would want to verify and/or secure a copy of the concerned title, it can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Registry of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at window 3 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop-Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

Please note that our office can only trace and verify by title number, not by lot, name, or tax declaration number.

When requesting, please provide a copy of the title or tax dec together with a copy of your valid ID.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.
