To whom it may concern,

I would like to follow up on the status of the Transfer of Title for the lot I have purchased in Brgy. Briones San Antonio Quezon. 

I’m already paid in full but the title is still not in my hand. 

Can you please advise if the application for title transfer under my name has submitted by Esmillo Realty and what is the current status? 

Because I asked them to provide me the EPEB no. for me to also check the status online. However, until today, they have not given it and I cannot contact them. That is why I’m sending this request seeking your kind assistance.
