                Greetings! 
We still waiting for your good office to respond immediately for what I was requesting a year ago. The status of our legally approved "PERPETUAL RIGHT OF WAY ARE still creating a very serious "na usapin " that cost our family in the state of shock every time our neighbors Constantino and Dugayo family make a violent reaction repeatedly since year 2017. Hoping that we can have a copy and legal reasons to verify this matter.

Greetings!

Dear FOI,

I sincerly prayed to please HELP our family to  expidite the implementation to open and use legally our "perpetual right of way " on that particular parcel of land because it is alredy approved since 1995 by LRA.

We,have the copy of all those documents that is granted by CERF Realty Corporation as a DONATION TO 8 FAMILIES WITH EQUAL PARTION SUPPOST TO BE. BUT, long years past I discovered that in the same year 1996 of JUNE after we get the copy of TCT individually, there is a NEW  DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO YOLANDA DUGAYO CONSTANTINO SPECIPICALLY that they bought it to the DONORS.-PRESIDENT CESAR S.MASANGKAY, I have in my hand the copy of DEED OF SALE. Is this Rightful to the Law ? They build their houses in the middle of Right of Way given by  DONOR? AND EVEN THE EASTMENT ,the only little WIDE OPEN SANA! GOING OUT TO THE ROAD.
THEY BUILD AGAIN THEIR RENTAL HOUSES during that time.

Now, it is the main cost of may Mother got sick since 2017 lead to her heart attack and have a second life. But this Year  FEB 3,2022 she past away. Begging to returned in Her own HOME
Last October before Christmas.
Many times they make us annoyed,vexation, and even the little children exploiting to use them to harm us.Like a simple open and closing the door with the big big bang" lalo na po pag nag lalaba ako sa harap ng aming bahay." binato ako ng laruang Robot na tumama sa pader buti lang !
At hinulog nila sa ilog ang aking mga kinulang damit.na sa pag habol ko. Para mapicturan cla, tinuwad nila yong aming tablang daanan.Isa po akong PWD person #1759 ,muntik napo akong mamatsy noon kung tumama ang ulo ko sa kanto mismo ng building na tinayo po nila sa tabing ilog.
NOW! BROTHER KO  po ang kinasuhan 
nanaman at na sentencyahan dahil sa kanilang mga VIOLENT ACTION. 
Subalit napatunayan nmin na wala pong RECORD ON FILE SA BARANGAY NA KANILANG SINUMPAAN SA KORTE.

WE NEED PEACE IN OUR LIFE. Gusto ko pa pong mkasama ang aking Apo na na pilitan ding ilayo ng aking anak.dahil sa kanila.We  stand for TRUTH AND  USE OUR RIGHTS na mkapamuhay po ng mapayapa at matahimik na buhay sa sarili nming Tahanan.
