Notarized Copy of Waiver of Rights

Tumbokon 03:55 PM, Feb 23, 2021

Hello,

I would like to request a copy of a waiver of rights signed between myself and my sister, Mrs. Prudencia T. Ilinon, which was notarized by Attorney Brian Calizo at his law office located in Kalibo, Aklan.

The document was signed and notarised around February or March 2011. Ufortunately, Attorney Calizo does not have a copy as some of his documents were destroyed when their office was flooded during a storm in Kalibo.

The document concerns a parcel of residential land located in Aquino, Ibajay, Aklan, with an area of around 312 square meters, more or less.

Thank you in advance.
