Hi, I would like to request details on the mother title of the donated lot(Lot 895) from LGU Macalelon, Quezon to 3rd Platoon 2nd Quezon Provincial Mobile Force Company, Mabini Ibaba, Macalelon, Quezon. Its OCT number is unclear or unreadable in the Survey Plan PSD 35020, I just need the correct Mother Title number for the process of Titling the said donated lot. This mother title contains lot 895 and lot 896 on the the Cadastral Map same as Lot 8-A and Lot 8-B in the PSD 35020. Thank you.
