Hi! Please verify the veracity of the TCT issued to Mr. Paul Edison T. Rosales with TIN 451-004-817-000 stating the following information:

1. Confirmation that Mr. Rosales is the rightful and sole owner of the said lot

2. Confirmation that there are no other claimants as of Dec. 6, 2019, which is the date on which the copy of the said TCT was issued to a realtor E-State Realty

I am issuing this request as part of my due diligence before closing a deal with the seller.
