Hi! I would like to request the information regarding the Land Registry of my Grandmother-Victoriana Rebuyon Maquiling 


1.  Can you check if the property has already been transferred from Julio Rebuyon to Victoriana Maquiling

2. I want to know the Land title No. Or the Registry Deed of Sale No. 

3. I want to know the exact measurements of the land property (hectares)

Your concern can be done by requesting a copy of tax declaration from the Assessor's Office where the property is located for you to check if the property is titled or not in the portion of OCT/TCT. In case that there is no details provided in the OCT/TCT portion, kindly request for the lot status at LRA Central Office One-Stop-Shop, window 11.
