You can find these information on the receipt provided to you from the Registry of Deeds.

Dear Sir,

submitted herewith are Official Receipt from Register of Deeds, Calamba Laguna and LRA Online Tracking showing the requested "information". 
Also submitted are 3-Page Transfer Certificate of Title from Land Registration Authority, released after I paid in Full, and was advised to have it registered at Register of Deeds in Calamba. 
Hoping it will helps process my request.
