Dear Albert Diamante,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 27, 2021 11:59:21 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Notarized Deed of Sale, Entry No. 257640, Doc No. 59, Page No.81Book No.3 , Series of 1979.

Response to Request

There are three (3) ways where you can get your concern:

1. If you have a photocopy of the deed of sale, you can proceed to the registry of deeds where the property is located and request for a certified true copy of the said deed of sale;

2. If you do not have a photocopy of the said deed of sale, you can go to the assessor's office of the Municipality of City where the property is located and request for a certified true copy of the said instrument;

3. If you do not have a copy of the instrument and the assessor's office doesn't also keep the same, you can proceed to the National Archive and give the following "Notarized Deed of Sale, Entry No. 257640, Doc No. 59, Page No.81Book No.3 , Series of 1979" and request for a certified true copy of the same.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Thank you.

Respectfully,
