Hi,

I would like to request for a list of top 50 subdivision in terms of price per square meter and number of unitshouse per subdivision.

ex. Residential Area / Subdivision, Lot Price per Sqm and number of houses in the subdivision

Response to Request

Please proceed to the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) and you may request from them what you need. It may possibly keep records of top subdivision developers and/or subdivisions.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
