Hi LRA!

Good day!

I would like to request for a copy of list of land/s (with details) under the name of Genaro Fontanilla Lamina. This list will be used for filing his estate tax and to take the benefit from the tax amnesty program of the government. Upon his untimely death on 1991, due to vehicular accident, we were not able to retrieve all the copies of the land title under his and his mistress possession.

We are willing to pay a service charge/fee that maybe applicable for this request.

Please proceed to the Assessor's Office of the Municipality and/or City where the properties are located and request for a certified true copy of all the Tax Declaration under the name of Genaro Fontanilla Lamina.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
