You asked for The record of land entitled Ms. Cornelia miñoza LOT#10854.

Please proceed to the Assessor's Office of the Municipality/City where the property/ies is/are located. Ask for a Tax Declaration under the name of Cornelia miñoza. You only need to give the name of the said person.  Now, on the face of the Tax Declaration, it will show you if the property is titled or not.

LRA has already deactivated its search engine for names. We can help you thru a title number.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
