Hello. Good day. I would just like to verify whether it's true that the receipt issued by the notary public as payment for notarizing the deed of sale between the buyer and seller is a requirement for the processing of the transfer of certificate of land title. And if it is, what should I do if I lost such receipt? I hope you could enlighten me on this. Thank you.
