Hi!

I would like to ask if how can I apply to separate the land title of a portion of a titled land?

The seller has a 1-hectare land and she is selling the 400sqm portion of it to me. The 1-hectare land is titled but my problem is the process on how I could separate the title of the 400sqm portion.
