Good day. May I request a copy of Subdivision Plan of LRC Pcs 12494 as requested in The LGU Assessor's office for real property settlement. This subdivision plan may be at the 80's to 90's record.

Your concern can be requested by walk-in or in person only at the Land Registration Authority One-Stop-Shop windows 7 and 8. In case you can't request it in person, kindly ask someone to request it for you (SPA is not necessary).

Your right to request a review
