Dear Sir 
I would like to know who is the owner of the lot I am planning to buy. As per the seller, the lot has no TCT, only a tax declaration. I want to know if this is true or not.
I wish to have a copy of the latest tax declaration,and if there is existing TCT i wish to know and I want to know who is the owner of the lot.

You may coordinate with the Assessor's Office in the municipal hall where the property is located to know more information regarding Tax Declaration.
