Hi LRA!

Can you please provide a complete copy of LRA Circular No. 35, series 1983. It was issued on June 13, 1983. I am interested in procuring a copy of the same as it provides certain requirements for reconstitution of title. The issuance is not available on your website, or in any other website. I can only find some of its parts as quoted in cases and in a book (Agcaoili), but I would want a full copy of the text.
