Salamat 03:50 AM, Jan 24, 2022

Hi! I would like to request information regarding TCT no. T-1098294, which was written in the notarized DOAS of a residential lot we bought last year, although the one written on the original TCT presented to us is T-1232928.

1. Can we know if this two are related/pertains to the same property?
Can we know if there is a Certified true copy of title in both tct no.?

Hoping to hear from you. Thank you!

Dear Merry Elaine Salamat,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 24, 2022 03:50:04 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Transfer Certificate of Title.

Response to Request

For certified true copy concerns, you can request online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Register of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at One-Stop-Shop, LRA Central Office, window 3.

Please provide the following details in order to get a certified true copy:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

If there's no title number, kindly secure first a copy of the tax declaration from the Assessor's Office where the property is located for you to check if the property is titled or not in the portion of OCT/TCT. In case there is no detail provided in the OCT/TCT portion, kindly request the lot status at LRA Central Office One-Stop-Shop, window 11.

Please note that we can only trace by title number, not by lot number.
