Response to Request

You may proceed to the Registry of Deeds of Naga Province and requesty for a certified true copy of your title. On the face of your title, you will see the survey plan that you need. Then proceed to the DENR or the Bureau of Lands of that area and request for a certified true copy of your plan as indicated in the title.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
