Hi, I would like to request information regarding this property.

1.) This CLOA No. 00258896, which has 128,045 sq.m. I would like to know if this is a clear title.
2. That some parcel of land  from this CLOA has been sudivided with . Lot no. 1746-F and 1746-G with 25,148 sq.m and had been sold to NR Realty Development and will soon release TCT / land Title from the Register of Deeds in Cavite.
