i am formally requesting before your good office a certified true copy of the subdivision plan of TCT T- 8619 , lot 6745-V, LRC Psd 169103 located in Barangay San Pablo, Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat.

I am willing to pay for the fees necessary for the said request.
