Hi, Good day!

I would like to request a copy of list of requirements for transferring new Title Certificate of Transfer to new owner. Also, sample computation of fees to pay for a lot only property located at Tagaytay Royale II, amounting to 3,300,000 as selling price.

May I know how was the property acquired? Through Deed of Absolute Sale or Deed of Donation?

Regarding sample computation, you may ask for the present market value from the Assessor's Office.
