Hi! I would like to request a transfer certificate of title copy of the lot at EDSA cor Quezon Avenue, formerly the location of the Manila Seedling Bank. The prior documents I had were lost due to an academic system folly, and I don't have the basis of the actual measurements of the site. I would like to know where I would get another copy once more.
