Good day 

May i please request a copy of notarized affidavit of loss titles over OCT No. P-41595 and TCT No. 121569 executed by Mr. Jose Macaranas, Jr. filed in Registry of Deeds of Lingayen, Pangasinan on March 27, 2023.

Said request is for presentation in a barangay hearing since said Mr. Jose Macaranas, Jr is a fake claimant of out titles. Original titles are with us. We just found out upon processing of extra judicial settlement in ROD that he filed said affidavit of loss.
