Hello po, this is a correction of my first request with Tracking No. LRA-938515217066. Please be informed that we need copy of LRC map of Lot 4-C of the sub plan (LRC) Psd-186907, being a portion of Lot 4, ( LRC ) Pcs-14610 L.R.C of Cad record no. 34031. Said landholding is located at Barangay Puertobello, Merida, Leyte. 

That Lot 4-C is for coverage under RA 6657 for distribution to qaulified Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries.
