You asked for Certified Copy of Lot-data Cadastral Map.

Response to Request

Kindly secure a Certified True Copy of Cadastral Map at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Regional offices that have jurisdiction over where the property is located and present this upon your request. 

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.

Your right to request a review
