I am writing this letter on behalf of Mrs. Perla L. Adaza, claimant of Lot 19, CAD 841-D located at Brgy. Poblacion Taytay Palawan requesting from your good office a certification of the status of the land. This aforementioned certification will be used as one of documentary requirements in our free patent application pursuant to DENR AO 2021-38 and for the confirmation of imperfect title under RA 11573.
With this, we are hoping for your reply and kind consideration of our request.

Response to your request;

You asked for LRA Certification.
You need to request for the following from the Bureau of Lands/DENR, thus:
1. Certified true copy of the following;
1.1. Technical/Narrative Description of the Lot; and
1.2. Cadastral Map.
Then proceed to the LRA Central Office located at the East Avenue, Quezon City, at the One Stop Shop at the Lower Ground Floor, Window 13 or 14.

Your right to request a review
