I wish to request for a certified true copy of the latest titles on these properties regardless of whether they still remain under the name of the previous owner, the Eton Properties Philippines, Inc., or under the name of the new owner Atty. Alexander Gobuyan Guarnes.

Your concern can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Register of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at window 3 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City
