I would like to request the documents/Instruments used by the previous TCT in order to transfer it to TCT No. 215563 / T-1076 (e.i. by Sale, or by Adjudication (Reyes to Reyes), surrendered Owner’s Duplicate Copy, etc.) and its corresponding: 1. Primary Entry Book; 2. Enumeration Book; and 3. Release Book.
