Response to Request

Your plan number is available in our database and it can be requested by walk-in or in person only at windows 7 and 8 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City. In case you can't request it in person, kindly ask someone to request it for you (SPA is not necessary).

Kindly request the lot data of the concerned plan number at window 14, LRA-OSS.

Your right to request a review
