Hello Good Morning I would like to inquire on what will happen if the title holder of the house is dead and the title was not transferred to his/her children? Also what will happen if his/her children has also passed away? Will the grandchildren have rights to the house? Thank You

Hello is my request still pending? Can I also add an inquiry? Is there a deadline for transferring a land title of a person, that died recently, to his or her descendants?  Thank you
