Good day.
Thank you very much for your reply.

Sorry but this is not for tax mapping concern.

Our area is affected by SLEX TR4 project and someone from DAR Region 4 that there is Supreme Court Ruling which cancels the CLOA issued because supreme court agreed to the claim of Mr. Emilliano Gala heir that their land is not considered as agricultural land hence CLOA should be cancelled.

Now San Miguel is not paying the landowner (CLOA beneficiary) in full... because 50% of the payment is being sent to the alleged representative of Gala's heir. This is so unfair, CLOA is not officially cancelled yet, but this heir representative has the share to the payment... and it is DAR-4 who manage the discussion.

I have no copy of this supreme court ruling and I am starting to understand which portion of land is subject to that decision.

Please allow us to get this information and to avoid potential corruption related to this SLEX Tr4 project.
