I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request your esteemed assistance in the verification/tracking of a Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) for the property with the following details: 
-Location: Concepcion, Rosario, La Union
-Previous Owner: Rull Rolly & Lilia H. (SPS)
-Transfer to : Jocelyn D. Licudan
-Survey No. PSD-229456
-TD No. : 2009-13-0016-00511

The land was bought by my Mother, Jocelyn Licudan, from the previous owners last November 2018.
