You asked for THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA PHILIPPINE ISLANDS COURT OF THE REGISTRY OF REAL ESTATE PROPERTY.

Response to Request

Since there's no title and decree number provided, kindly secure first a copy of the tax declaration from the Assessor's Office where the property is located for you to check if the property is titled or not in the portion of OCT/TCT. In case there is no detail provided in the OCT/TCT portion, kindly request the lot status at LRA Central Office One-Stop-Shop, window 11.

Please note that we can only trace and verify by title number not by lot or tax declaration number.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.
