The Homeowners of Hillsview and Beuamont Hills Subdivision, located at Yati, Liloan, Cebu would like to request a copy of the approved subdivision plan or site development plan of Buildrich Realty. 

This is for the purpose of HLURB registration requirements and tax payment assessment.

Response to Request

Please look at the face of your title, the subdivision plan is inside the technical description. Then proceed to the Bureau of Lands and request for a certified true copy of the subdivision plan that you took from the technical description of your title.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
