Good Day, 

I would like to request a copy of the Subdivision Plan (LRC) PSD-19857. The location is in San Francisco, San Antonio, Nueva Ecija.

 I have visited the LRA office in Quezon City several times already to request a copy of the said subdivision plan, however all attempts were futile. The assigned personnel could not find a copy of the said Subdivision Plan every time I made a request.

Hopefully, this request of mine will be accommodated as soon as possible.
