HI! I am a prospective Buyer of a condominium unit. I am trying to confirm if the seller is one and the same person who owns the Unit and not someone else. 
The CCT no. of the condominium unit is 101118. It is located in Makati City. The seller's name is Gilda Yupangco.

Your concern is being verified that the said CCT No. 101118 is not under the name of Ms. Gilda Yupangco.
