Good day! I would like to request for information regarding imperfect titles. My questions I seek to find answer to include: 

1. What makes a title imperfect? What is its difference from a clear title?
2. After satisfying the conditions and requisites provided under PD 1529 with regard to the application for registration of land, what is the step-by-step procedure in applying for land registration under a judicial confirmation of an imperfect title?
